● Designed to heat the bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting. It is widely used in industrial
fields such as metallurgy, railways, oil fields, machinery and motors etc.
● This Temo portable heater features metal thermal expansion and contraction functions which can extend the
service length of rolling bearings
● Compact size, lightweight, and comes with a convenient carrying case, providing a convenient, economical, safe and
reliable method of bearing installation
● Dual control models: time control (0-99'99") and temperature control (0-240°C), with digital display
● The cross bars support a bearing while it is being heated on an induction bearing heater. Cross bars can be changed to
support different bearing sizes
● Automatic demagnetization to <2A/CM
● Special technology minimizes radiation and noise. The noise level of a new machine is lower than 65dB and does not
exceed 75dB after one year of use
● A military-grade 35W270 laminated silicone steel core (0.35mm thick) provides excellent magnetic properties and
improves heating efficiency by 300%
● High-quality pure copper induction coil for better insulation and heat resistance
● Double-glass-fiber covered wire for longer service life
● Fully enclosed insulation coil eliminates the risk of exposure of the coil and provides better personal protection
● Wrapped by multiple layers of alkali-free fiber tape and varnished by F-class epoxy resin, giving multiple safety guarantees
● Multiple certifications: CE, EMC, FCC, National Demagnetization Testing Report and National Temperature Accuracy Report etc.
