● This flap disc is made of quality calcined aluminum oxide or zirconium with cloth backing, by overlapping coated
abrasive flaps and adhering flaps firmly to a backup plate. Owing to its design the layers of abrasive are constantly
being exposed, and a very consistent finish is provided during the life of the disc. These flap discs are recommended
for high speed sanding and heavy duty removal on the materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum etc.
● Widely used on alloyed and unalloyed steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metal and alloys, steel, plastic and wood etc.
