Product Features:
● These Temo strippable protective coatings are the most commonly used for corrosion protection, designed to protect tooling and other metal items such as cutting tools, hand tools, engineering gauges and high precision components etc. Providing 100% coverage and protect against corrosion and impacts for up to ten years
● Easy part identity through the amber translucent coating
● Simple to remove by peeling off. Once removed, leaves a thin oil film for short-term protection against corrosion
● Working temperature 130°C to 160°C (for optimum results 140°C to 145°C)
● Removed coatings may be reused for cost saving
● Non-toxic product, compliant with European and British standards

Instructions for Use:
● Put either single bar or small pieces into the melting tank, set up the melting temperature to 140°C - 145°C
● When the solid state is melted into liquid state and no air bubbles seen in the melting tank, you can start dipping your component
● The dipping process just takes 1 or 2 seconds then you can take away the component
● Place the dipped component under room temperature for natural cooling. Once the coating gets solidified, it will form a 1.6mm thick around film then you can start packing your component

Precautions:
●Always use this product with an appropriate melting tank
● Ambient temperature: -50°C to 100°C
● Do not heat this product over 160°C
● Solidified time under room temperature should be within 3 seconds
● While melting this product, pleas ensure proper ventilation and use heat-resistant gloves, eye-protection gears, and OSHA face masks
● Always store this product in a dry and cool place and keep it away from smoke or fire
